2024 Summer Camp Registration Update

Registration for the 2024 Camp Zion Summer Camp Season begins Tuesday, January 2, at 8:00 AM. We can’t wait for summer!

We have worked hard to make sure everything is ready to go in our CampBrain system. The following tips will help you prepare for registration.

  1. If you have not already done so, you may create an account in advance of the 8:00 CST start time (follow the registration link on the summer camp page).

  2. If you already have an account, please log in using the email address you used during the last year. Please check your family information, and update if needed. You will have the option to reset your password.

  3. You will not be able to register for a camp session until 8:00 AM CST.

  4. When registration begins, the only sessions that will show up are those that your camper is age appropriate for. It is very important that you indicate the grade camper will enter in the FALL of 2024.

  5. Important: Please complete the registration in one sitting. The system will reset after 10 minutes of inactivity, and you may lose your place in line. 

  6. Click on "Expand All" to proceed.

    Review our list of sessions. Click on sessions to read session descriptions and review the list of session options. VERY IMPORTANT: Choose the desired (and correct) session, click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the session and transportation options to your cart! REGISTRATION QUEUE (your spot in line) BEGINS when you ‘Add to Cart’.

    Each person will have a separate tab and must be registered for at least one session to continue the registration process.

  7. You must choose a transportation method to proceed with registration. There are limited seats on the camp bus available, so if there is a bus waitlist, you must choose "My Own Transportation" in order to proceed.

  8. This year, you MUST complete the medical form section in order to proceed.

  9. In order to register, you must pay at least the $50 deposit with a credit card or debit card. Transaction is secure.

  10. If you are in high school, there are two identical sessions. You may only sign up for ONE session at this time.

  11. A sibling discount is automatically given when registering 3 or more children at the same time.

  12. Primary Camp, Pre-Camp, Jr. Girls, and Jr. Boys typically have ample room, so there is no need to rush to sign up for those sessions on the first day.
